Ashoka explains, “my cooking is based on what I have learned from living in various countries in Asia. Even though I have created recipes with a twist and fusion, the ingredients and the techniques are authentic, and palate pleasure for both the East and West.”
Ashoka is currently based in Santa Fe, NM, and is passionate about cooking. Ashoka has been in the hospitality industry for the last 12 years. Ashoka’s background also includes Sales/Marketing and Events Planning skills. Her cooking demonstrations will include cuisines from India, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Vietnam. Her organic recipes are simple, easy to follow, quick to cook and full of nutrition.
